User Data Deletion Request

In accordance with Meta/Facebook Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws, DataListCanada provides you with the ability to request deletion of your personal data that we have collected through our website, Facebook app integration, or Meta Pixel.

⚠️ What Gets Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, we will delete all personal information associated with your email address, including: account records, contact form submissions, purchase history, lead request data, and any data collected via Meta Pixel or Conversions API associated with your interaction.

What Happens Next

  2. We identify and delete all personal data associated with your email across our systems
  3. We send a confirmation email once deletion is complete
  4. We provide a deletion confirmation ID for your records

Data Retention After Deletion

Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes). In those cases, the data will be anonymized and retained only for the legally required period. For purchases, order records are kept for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law.

Facebook / Meta App Users

If you accessed DataListCanada through a Facebook app or logged in with Facebook, this deletion request only covers data stored by DataListCanada. To revoke app permissions and delete data held by Meta, visit:
