Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 17, 2026
⚠️ No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is completed. By purchasing, you agree to this no-refund policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DataListCanada (datalistcanada.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
DataListCanada provides verified Canadian B2B business contact data. Our products include but are not limited to CSV files containing company names, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other business information.
3. No Refunds — Digital Products
All sales are final. Due to the instant downloadable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations. Once a purchase is completed, the customer has immediate access to the data.
Exception: If the data delivered does not match the industry, location, or lead count specified during checkout (e.g., you ordered Construction leads in Alberta but received Healthcare leads in Ontario), contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the list at no additional charge. This is not a refund — it is a correction of an incorrect order.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or credit.
4. Data Usage License
When you purchase data from DataListCanada, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your internal business purposes only. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data to any third party
- Use the data to create a competing database or lead generation service
- Share, upload, or otherwise make the data publicly available
5. Data Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date business contact information. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Business information changes frequently — email addresses bounce, phone numbers change, and people change jobs. We recommend verifying data before use in critical campaigns.
6. Compliance
Our data is intended for B2B (business-to-business) communication purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with all applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and PIPEDA.
7. Limitation of Liability
DataListCanada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our data products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
